Everyone enjoy food, especially for ordinary guy like me who’s working behind computer each day, surrounding by fast food and other junks on daily routine. There is nothing wrong with my daily consumption until I got slapped by 20 pounds additional weight, which I realize most of it is concentrate on my hips. I actually should change my pants size because of it. After this happen, I then started yelling, where did this fat come from, without even realize that my bad habit did contribute the best.

Are you experiences the same situation like me? If yes, then you should started to realize that each milligram junk food that we consume every day turn to be many pounds of fats, and this continue to happen without we even aware off. The most easiest and fair solution for this problem is stop eating junk from now and plan a new healthy menu that recommended by nutrition experts and doctor, that’s if you want to seriously lose weight.

Well, being a rabbit and eat much green stuff shouldn’t be that bad, I did survive with it on these last 6 months and loosing weight at least 2-3 pounds each month. I am nearly achieved my old pants size and confidence to get my old weight back on the next 3 months. If you are really care with your health and more important, your appearances, then you should started to build your new healthy life style and get shaped in no time. Good luck!
