Smoking cigars can be a great source of pleasure in your life, but courteous smoker knows that not everyone enjoys the taste (or smell!) A good Cuban. With the fervor of anti-smoking campaigns is in full swing, the importance of benefiting from a good avoid offending stogies while others can not be stressed enough. Make sure you have easy access to the window. Never smoke in a closed area! You are more likely to inhale the toxic air from your own cigar. If possible, go outside to smoke. Pull up a lawn chair; relax on the terrace, or any other open space where you can smoke comfortably. Get as far as possible for non-smokers, especially children and the elderly. Remember that cigarette smoke contains many carcinogens that can be easily inhaled by non-smokers.

If you have to smoke a cigar outside your house, remember that courtesy and mutual respect smokers do not light when the law allows. Do not light up in a bar, a hotel, restaurant or where smoking is clearly prohibited. The smoking of cigars courteous will also make sure the smoke in the company of other smokers. If you are with someone who does not smoke, ask permission. If they agree, be considerate about it. Make sure smoke is not wafting in their direction. Sit near a window or open space. Make sure the air conditioner or the current is moving the smoke in their direction! Also, make sure that nobody around you is eating. Second-hand smoke from a smoker is a discourteous surefire way to ruin a meal.

A cigar smoker, will be also informed of their ashes. If you have to smoke outside of your home, make sure you have your ashes in a safe and appropriate container. Remember that the ashes can easily blown away, especially decline in the quality of cigars. Do not litter ash, and be careful not to jump close to someone around you.
