After long period of “no email” from Social Spark, I finally get another one today, this time it’s about seafood competition of the great American seafood cook off. I should pick one of my favorite recipes from five recipes available, where my vote goes to the recipe created by Chef Brian Landry from Louisiana, its called Louisiana Shrimp and Andouille Cassoulet. For me, Louisiana is quite familiar by it great seafood dish.

One of my favorite thing about this recipe is it ingredients that put many healthy stuffs on it, since I do care lately to consume only the healthy food, this recipe should be on my recipe list which I might try to make it near future. This recipe also looked very simple and easy to follow consider to the other seafood dishes that usually complex and complicated for most of amateur cooker like me.
