sleep.gif Do you know that people could die faster by lack of sleeps than by lack of eat? This is fact has shown us that how important a good sleeps is. Sometimes we disregard it and let our tide schedule reduce our sleeping hours. Thats could be dangerous, our body is need some rest too to restore it condition. We are not a robot that could steady for 24 hours a day. Many expert agree that human normally need at least 8 hours of quality bed time each days. Its one third of our full days, which again reminds us about how important it is to have enough sleep.

But there is a different between just a sleep than a quality sleep. You should once feel this experiences when you wake up in the morning but didn’t feel fresh or more worse feel stiff on all over your body. This condition means you didn’t get enough quality sleep, even if you had sleep for exact eight hours.

One of the problems that usually happen is due to a simple problems. take a looked at your bedding and pillow you used. Is it comfort enough for you to achieve a relax condition or is it the pillow is too hard and make your neck hurts. Thats kind of problems thats look simple but closely related in disturbing us to achieve a high quality sleep.
