Have you ever heard about terms called criminal background check? Or you might have been there as one of the new recruiter? Criminal background check has become a common standard these days on any employment screening in every company in United States. It may sounds harsh and kind of inappropriate to dig on people’s private information but this information is critical and important in order to filter which people who will meet the company recruitment policy which is commonly refuse to accept e with bold criminal record.
Although our latest economic crash did show us that no job is last forever but still many people did put their attention and passion for financial job liked, such as working on the bank, financial institution, stock market, etc. This white collar field did promising a huge salary and facilities, plus a nice and elegant lifestyle as an executive. No wonder, many graduated student apply for jobs in financial sectors right after they finished their business school.
