Working behind the desk all days, eating junk food every time and never get exercises are the prefect combination and the quickest way in gaining weight. I do all of them and my weight are lifted for 20 pounds in one years. The sad part is most of us indeed get trapped will all those unhealthy activity for long time period without even realize nor aware about the problems.

That is exactly what happen to me, I start realize the different when I fill very uncomfortable with my new weight and always get tired every time. I do manage to get my weight back. The great news is everything’s all work out. I had loss at least 8 ponds in the last 3 months and succeed to get my pants size back for two size backward. This is great, I start feeling very healthy and more energetic. Loosing weight is become one of my biggest achievement this year and it still continue to degenerate.
